Delivery Charges
Orders over £95 are delivered free of charge to the UK and Eire, via an insured carrier as explained below.
Any order below this value will incur a small £8.95 carriage charge per order. If the order is going outside the mainland UK, please refer to the chart below. If your order is to be delivered Overseas please Contact Us for a shipping quote:

Delivery Lead Times
Most deliveries are made within 2-5 business days, provided you order before 4:00pm on a weekday (excluding public/bank holidays). Occasionally however, some items will be out of stock or have a longer lead time, and in these cases you will be notified via email after placing your order.
This excludes any products where it is specifically stated that it will take longer, such as made-to-measure products. Silent Gliss products can take up to 10 business days from ordering and Alison Davies Design products can take up to 21 days. Some Byron and Byron products can take 2/3 weeks. This also excludes off-shore parts of the UK.
Products ordered from different manufacturers may be delivered on separate days and times, by different couriers. We do not advise booking you curtain fitter until you have received delivery of the goods.

All deliveries are carried out by TNT, Tuffnells or UPS.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
We can deliver your products anywhere in the UK. Upon ordering you can choose to deliver to:
Home address
Work address
Relative/friend's address
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Delivery Procedure
Our carrier will attempt to deliver to the address on the parcels.
If there is no one at the address to receive the goods, then the driver should attempt to call you via the telephone number you provided, to see if you're nearby or to arrange a re-delivery.
If this is not successful the driver will leave a card and the goods will be taken back to the depot.
You will then need to contact the courier to re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you - or simply collect from their depot.
Please note that all of the carriers do require a signature and will not leave the goods without one.
