For orders over £95, delivery is free of charge to the UK. Orders below this value will incur a £11.95 carriage charge.

Most orders are delivered in under five working days if the item is in stock.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will inform you of any expected delay after you have placed the order.

Delivery times are longer for made-to-order products:

• Silent Gliss: up to seven working days
• Byron and Byron & Tillys: two - three weeks

Products ordered from different manufacturers may be delivered on separate days and times, by different couriers. We recommend not booking a fitter until all goods have been received.

You can get a refund by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your goods, including your order reference and item details. A £10 fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.

Made-to-Measure or Made to Order products cannot be returned unless defective.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Inspect your goods upon receipt and email us within 7 days if there are any issues. If the goods are defective, you will receive a replacement and any return postal charges.

You can cancel the order before it is delivered, unless it is a made-to-measure or custom-made product.

These items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct as we cannot accept liability for incorrect instructions or measurements.

Email us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or if it’s incomplete, so we can resolve the issue for you.
