Buying guide
The 6243 is the only system designed to be screwed directly into a ceiling recess. It offers the best value of the range and a very shallow depth (12mm), but it's lightweight construction means that it can be easily damaged during installation, causing annoying bumps in the glider channel. It also has a slightly less sleek appearance than the other options.
The other options function as standalone tracks that clip inside a separate recess profile, making them easier to install and to remove at a later time if required to replace gliders, for example).
